OK those tasks you added got used up quickly. With an average 36,000+ GFlops a day and large contributions by Gridcoin we need more tasks adding so the pipeline is kept full.

Hey Reb why are you running us so lean on tasks? At the moment we only have SB-shorts and with so many GHz available they will run out soon. With so much keyspace remaining why don't you load up the server with heaps, as in billions, of tasks?

Status page says there are 775k tasks available but I cannot get any. What's up?
Preferences are set to every sub-project except average and long.

When you try to attach a new host to this project, your fisrt step is to see if the project is in the listing contained within BOINC manager.
When you select SRBase is shows the url to connect with is the old one without the hyphen (http://srbase.myfirewall.org/sr5/) instead of the new one with the hyphen.

Why does the project's home page say to use this URL:

http://srbase.my-firewall.org/sr5/

but when attaching a new computer to the project by using BOINC Manager (BOINC v7.6.33) it uses:

http://srbase.myfirewall.org/sr5/

It would certainly be encouraging to have a badge as recognition for finding significant items as you say - discover a large Prime or solve a Base.

I wish we had more continuity of tasks to crunch across all the sub-projects. We seem to have a flood and drought scenario.

At 7 seconds a task that is about 36 hours work per user (60 users). Speaking for myself, I have more than 30 multi-core computers running SRBase. This means about an hours worth of work for each machine.

Can we get more long and RB-short tasks please?

Project keeps running out of tasks I need to reach 10M in each sub-project. Darned annoying having hundreds of CPU GHz idling.
