I noticed from your forum that you're struggling with the name of the apps, so here we go:

Sierpinski / Riesel Base = srbase
Riesel Base = srbase2
Sierpinski Base = srbase3
Sierpinski / Riesel Base - short = srbase4
Sierpinski / Riesel Base - long = srbase5
Sierpinski / Riesel Base - average = srbase6
Riesel Base - short = srbase7
Sierpinski Base - short = srbase8
Sierpinski / Riesel Base - average2 = srbase9
Sierpinski / Riesel Base - average3 = srbase10
Sierpinski / Riesel Base - long2 = srbase11
Sierpinski / Riesel Base - long3 = srbase12

So an app_config.xml file for all apps would look like this (with the max_concurrent value set to what you prefer)

<name>srbase</name>
<max_concurrent>1</max_concurrent>
</app>
