Posted 13 Jan 2024 by happy5214 The Pentium J5005 and J5040 have no FMA3 instruction capability (just as the Celerons J4005, J4025, J4105 and J4125): To follow up on this, none of the three listed affected processors have FMA3 or any form of AVX. This leads me to believe the gwnum bug may be related to its pre-AVX FFT implementations (which I believe are based on SSE2). Therefore, this should be testable on any pre-Sandy Bridge CPU (ca. 2011). |

Deadline change on S79?

I've had several tasks canceled at around that point for allegedly hitting the deadline. https://srbase.my-firewall.org/sr5/result.php?resultid=135484423 is an example. Server-side, it's right, but both of my clients (different versions and OS's) are displaying six-hour deadlines. Is this a client bug? Edit: This is the only project I'm having this issue with. WUProp's deadline is an even 7 days from the task download, for example. |
