Have to "love" Windows 10 :( This error means that something may be wrong with a device driver, your device's memory, or antivirus software on your device. Here are some things to try: Another Microsoft help page is no better solution either: IRQ conflict in Windows 10 but option to change interrupt grayed out. A slightly better explanation of possible causes I found at Super User com: What exactly is IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL?. Like the two above it still does not to pinpoint an exact problem or solution and is no better in offering a fix for it. ____________

The network driver was it. Reinstalling all again without this thing.
