permanent HTTP error

	I cannot download any WUs. I always get the following error messages: 03.04.2020 09:32:32 \| SRBase \| Sending scheduler request: To fetch work. 03.04.2020 09:32:32 \| SRBase \| Requesting new tasks for CPU 03.04.2020 09:32:34 \| SRBase \| Scheduler request completed: got 1 new tasks 03.04.2020 09:32:36 \| SRBase \| Started download of input4a138_0000259.prp 03.04.2020 09:32:37 \| SRBase \| Giving up on download of input4a138_0000259.prp: permanent HTTP error

	Are you using a proxy? Also check your Firewall/AV program and exclude the BOINC folder from protection.

	All other files do download ok. No Proxy, and all other Projects get WUs if you check the URLs: http://srbase.my-firewall.org/sr5/workunit.php?wuid=373359134 http://srbase.my-firewall.org/sr5/workunit.php?wuid=373358953 you can see that the download fails for all users who get those WUs. So i think this is not a problem on my side

	Those WUs never started, because the input fild did not download. I think this is a differnt issue.
