A bluescreen crashed the server. The good thing, the database survived, In logfile found system_service_exception ntoskrnl.exe 0x0000003b and ran a chkdsk and sfc /scannow, something was repaired with chkdsk.

The bad thing, I dont know exactly whats causing this problem, driver or SSD.

More infos
ntoskrnl.exe+3f70d0

That might occur again in the future.
You can give BluescreenView a chance by looking which drivers where loaded during the crash and just update them to latest driver version.

The values I have listed are from bluescreenview

Update:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth = no problems found

The RAM can also be a problem, which I had it last year of one module for sporadic crashes, will check this later.

CPU still running too hot?

If you have to replace the SSD then may I suggest you just get a used Enterprise level SSD from eBay. Like an Intel DC S3710 that can handle any amount of writes you throw at it and also has Capacitors for Power Loss Protection.

They are dirt cheap for what you get.

CPU will throttling if its reaching 94°C.
I have only Samsung pro SSD's. Its not the SSD, I see a dejavue from last year, I will replace some older drivers soon, VSS is disabled now. I have a list what can cause the BSOD:

1. VSS service
2. drivers
3. RAM

I must check all, the current error says nothing, not specific enough.

All latest windows updates were installed after crash.
