for Windows and Linux, to enable it in your prefs, choose Intel

This is still in test to tweak the plan_class to get work. Iam hoping to avoid Intel HD Graphics if you have both onboard.

As expected some of the Intel HD Graphics GPUs got work which shouldnt, if you dont have an Intel ARC pls disable Intel GPU in prefs. The min opencl version was set to 3.0 now in plan_class to avoid this.

Update:
opencl restriction doesnt work while some Intel HD Graphics have opencl 3.0
Added a driver restriction too

The plan_class is now based on GPU name. If you have an Intel ARC let me know if you are getting work, iGPU should not anymore.
