This 4-core CPU cannot run SRBase effectively even though only 4 tasks run.
I have disabled all manufacturer's services.
Core Temp shows usage mostly under 50%.
CPU-Z stress shows that cores are capable of 100%.
System (PID 4) is consistently around 5%.

I suspect some setting in Windows 11 is the culprit - but what can it be ?

PS. RAM 8GB ca. 50% in use
SWAP 8GB
disk usage almost zero

Maybe heating problems as always. Try to test with prime95.

Iam using a hack for windows powerplan to get rid of the PBO which causing 95°C+

You can define a fixed CPU speed which is fine. The option is hidden in standard but dont know why MS do that.

ok, you can check ressource monitor what is running on CPU

You can also check for newer chipset drivers, I dont like win11.

After comparing services with a similar PC, I found the culprit -

Session Detection (or SessionSvc) from Goodix
