	I know this seems dumb of me, but I have not been doing much with Windows for a log time and as this is Windows 11 I have no idea where to type the Run command. It is all over the place compared to Windows XP and 7. So I can run it once I work out how. I will google it and then let you know. Conan

Conan copy the zip from BOINC to another local folder and run a batchfile

	Running now, been going awhile Conan Edit:: Still running after 1/2 hour Edit2:: Finished running a few minutes ago, but I was outside and did not see the finish. Edit3:: Is there a file that has data about the test?

	Can you run mfakto.exe -st ? Whilst this test seemed to have run fine, I am still unable to run work units. The Stderr output suggests that it can't work out what mt GPU is and suggests that I add it to the "mfakto.ini file. I tried this a few times and even though I can change the file it reverts back minus the changes when I restart Boinc. So it might have something to do with the mfakto.ini file being part of a zip type folder and so wont change because of that. Suspended project at the moment to stop trashing work units. Conan

Conan Your selftest failed and it looks like it is a iGPU? If it dont we can try a short wrapper test outside BOINC.

	Thanks rebirther, yes it is an iGPU in a laptop. The laptop is running Gerasim and PRIVATE GFN GPU work units without an issue. I thought it would work here though. I am willing to try and get it working if it is not too much trouble for you. Thanks Conan

Thanks rebirther, I will continue with CPU. and have another go at getting a 4060 working in another desktop I have. Thanks Conan

	If you are a lucky owner of a 5080/90 post your runtimes here. I recently got a RTX 5080, but I am getting computation errors. ERROR: cudaGetLastError() returned 209: no kernel image is available for execution on the device 2025-04-05 17:07:18 (59080): mfaktc-win-64.exe exited; CPU time 0.015625 2025-04-05 17:07:18 (59080): app exit status: 0x1 2025-04-05 17:07:18 (59080): called boinc_finish(195) I suspect there's an issue with compiling mfaktc-win-64. But no rush; I can work on other projects in the meantime.
