I thought the difference between the "short", Average", and "Long" units was the runtume. R931 has essentially the same runtime as R402 but R931 was classified as "average2" and R402 as "Long3". Is this the intent?

R931 was a bit higher than R402. The range from 400-500k is nearly the same as 600-800k. Normally the range is important. With the R402 find most of the 700-800k WUs which are not in progress were cancelled.
