You cannot run the app on iGPU. Take a look into the FAQ.

Message 11944 - Posted: 12 Jul 2026, 14:49:10 UTC

@rebirther I have the same issue on a 7900 XTX, which should be capable of finishing those tasks in time.

C:\Users\EGONOL~1\AppData\Local\Temp\comgr-727d4c\include\fftbase.cl:1136:8: error: assigning to '__private F2' (aka '__private float2') from incompatible type 'ulong2' (vector of 2 'ulong' values) 1136 | base = U2(fma(a, -w.y, w.x), fma(a, w.x, -w.y));

Is there an ETA for a fix?

I will forward it to the dev.

statement from dev

This is an AMD OpenCL bug. It seems to affect Windows only.

The only work around is to not use type 4 FFTs. Older AMD drivers might fix the probem (I don't know how far back you'd have to go).

If you have a task that cannot be done in time then leave a message to extend the deadline.

I have this task: https://srbase.my-firewall.org/sr5/result.php?resultid=57594704

It's running on my 1050Ti for about 20 hours (elapsed time: 19:40:21).
It's on 100% for about 6 hours but still not ready. (Estimated time remaining: ---, Fraction done: 100.000%)

Should I wait or abort the process?

Check your stderr.txt file to see the ETA

Deadline extended for this task.

LLR-DC tasks are very long-running and don't report progress correctly in BOINC (they stay at 100%). However, you can check the estimated time remaining (ETA) in the stderr.txt file.

Keep in mind that an RTX 5090 completes an LLR-DC task in about 5 hours. Based on your log, a GTX 1050 Ti would need more than 7 days to finish the same task.

Thanks for the information. Out of curiosity may I ask are you running at full power? (575 W)

Yeah, it's maxing out the power limit of 575W on a 5090

And that is an problem with some Boinc client versions, "prefetch"-feature thinks it needs more tasks because LLR-DC is in 100%. Then there is new GPU task "waiting for run" and that task may time out before it even starts (depends how fast gpu You have)

This project is limited to one LL-dc per host. You won't get a second one until the first one finishes.

Correct, but if You have TF enabled You will get one of those and it can timeout when running LL-dc in slow GPU.

Message 11969 - Posted: 20 Jul 2026, 18:15:24 UTC - in response to Message 11956.

I'm going crazy! The task restarted for the third time!

The stderr says that it still needs 2 days and 5 hours but the deadline is within less than 2 days.

Please, extend the deadline once more.

I will abort it if it restarts again!

extended, don't abort it. The restart is is always from 0 but the current status you will find in the stderr.txt with ETA.
